AIRCAP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shall protect the members' personal information and anyone shall have the right to voluntarily control the use of their personal information and the right of their personal information not to be infringed or disclosed against their will. The company does its best to protect the rights and interests of users by conforming to the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection", "Personal Information Protection Act", "Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information", and guidelines established by related agencies. The company shall inform you of the purpose and usage of the members’ personal information, and what actions are taken to protect them.

Article 1 Personal information items and methods of collection
1. The company collects the following personal information for better service delivery, customer counseling, and data statistics.
- E-mail address or SNS account name, nickname, password, and contact information entered at the time of registration.
The following information can be collected during the service use process.
1) Common Service
- Service usage records, IP information, connection log and authentication date, application information, game version, payment records (item purchased ID, price, and market order number), terminal information (terminal model, OS, MAC address, device ID, contact information, basic statistics on the service use), and etc.
2) Facebook Linkage Service
- Facebook account link information, DOB (not collected if under 14 years old), name, gender, address, terminal language and country information, time zone, and Facebook friends list
3) Google Linkage Services
- Google account link Information, profile, and nickname
4) Apple Game Center Linkage Service
- Game center account link information, profile, and nickname
2. The company collects personal information in the following ways:
- Collection, written form, fax, phone, e-mail, event registration, and delivery request through the homepage and mobile devices.
- Provision from the partner companies
- Collection through creation information tool
3. The company does not require personal information (such as race, ethnicity, ideology, value,, place of origin, political orientation, criminal record, health status, and sex life) that may violate basic human rights, and does not collect or use it for any purpose other than the above.

Article 2 Purpose of Utilization of Personal Information
The company uses and utilizes the collected personal information within the range notified for the following purposes, and in principle, the company does not use the personal information beyond notified range or disclose the personal information to public without prior consent from the users. However, if the user agrees to the information disclosure in advance, pursuant to the provisions of the statutes, or if there is a request from the investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed in the statutes for investigation purposes, it shall be disclosed to public.
1. Implementing contracts for service and settling charges for service
Provide contents and customized services, official purchase certification, purchase, and payment.
2. Managing Members
Personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use and unauthorized use, confirmation of authentication, preservation of records for dispute settlement, handling complaints, and notice delivery.
3. Developing and marketing new service and advertisement utilization
Developing and providing service and publishing advertisement according to statistical characteristics, validating services, providing event, advertising information, and identifying access frequency and statistics on customer service use.
4. Automated friend addition and automatic friend registration
Automatic friend addition and registration functions are provided by collecting and using the members' mobile phone numbers and third-party mobile phone numbers stored in the members' mobile device's address book. (However, third-party mobile phone numbers are not stored).

Article 3 Sharing and providing personal information collected
The company uses the members' personal information only for the notified purposes when collecting them, and in principle, the members' personal information is not disclosed to public without prior consent from the members. However, exceptions can be occurred in the following cases:
1. Where a member agrees to disclose in advance;
2. Where there is a request from the investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed in the statutes for investigation purposes;
3. Where the company is using the information after making them unidentifiable for statistical preparation, academic research or market research;
4. Where there is a request according to the Financial Real Name Transaction and Confidentiality Act, the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act.

Article 4 The period of possession and use of personal information
1. The company retains the members' personal information while the service is provided to the members.
2. The member's personal information shall be destroyed after the purpose of collection and utilization is met. However, in accordance with the internal policy, the company will keep personal information for three months after leaving the membership and destroy it in order to prevent illegal use and preserve counseling records. In addition, personal information that needs to be preserved in accordance with the provisions of the relevant statutes shall be kept for a certain period of time as follows; however, in any other cases, the information will be destroyed as soon as the purpose of collection is met.
1) Personal information that is kept:
The company keeps all the collected information specified in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy.
2) Reasons for information retention according to the relevant statutes:
If it is necessary to preserve of the personal information under the provisions of the relevant statutes, such as the Commercial Act or the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, and etc., the company shall keep the information for a certain period as prescribed by the relevant statutes. In this case, the company shall use the stored information only for the purpose of storage, and the retention period is as follows.
(1) Records of contract or withdrawal of registration
- Reason for preservation: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Preservation period: 5 years
(2) Records of all kinds of payments
- Reason for preservation: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Preservation period: 5 years
(3) Records of complaints or dispute handling
- Reason for preservation: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Preservation period: 3 years
(4) Records of visits
- Reason for preservation: Communications Secrets Protection Act
- Preservation period: 3 months

Article 5 Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
The members' personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and utilization is met, and the procedures and methods are managed according to the following criteria:
1. Demolition procedure
The information entered by the member to register and the information collected/used by the company shall be destroyed after the purpose of use is achieved after being stored for certain period which is indicated under the internal policy and other related statutes.
2. Demolition method
The printed personal information is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration, and the personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that cannot be recovered.

Article 6 Rights of members and legal representatives and their methods of exercise
1. A member may check, search, or modify the personal information at any time and request termination of membership.
2. The members’’ personal information can be viewed or edited in [Settings].
3. If a member requests correction or deletion of personal information, the company shall take necessary measures without delay after verifying identity. In addition, if falling under each subparagraph of Article 19-7 of the Terms and Condition, personal information can be destroyed, member ID can be deleted, and services can be suspended under the judgment of the person in charge of personal information.
4. When the company collects personal information of children under the age of 14, it must require consent from the legal representative, and if a child registers for the membership, he/she must provide the electronic consent form of the legal representative and real name information.
5. The range of personal information that the company can provide to members is the information that they entered at the time of registration, and it can be viewed or modified by children under the age of 14 after checking their identity at the request of the person or legal representative.
6. In case of a request for error correction of personal information, the personal information is not used or provided until the correction is corrected. In addition, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to the third party, we will notify of the correction so that the correction can be made as soon as possible.
7. The company shall process according to the "Period of possession and usage of personal information collected by the company" regarding the personal information revocation and deletion at the request of the members and shall make it impossible to be read or used for other purposes.

Article 7 Technical and administrative measures for the protection of personal information
1. The company limits the members' access to personal information to minimum and those with access receive training related to personal information management. Those who fall under it are as follows:
- A person who conducts marketing directly targeting members.
- A person who performs personal information management tasks, such as the department handling personal information inquiries and the person in charge.
- A person who must handle personal information for other business purposes.
2. Management against hacking, and etc.
- We do our best to secure the technical system to ensure that storing and transmitting personal information is safe on the network through encrypted communication.
3. Management and responsibility for members' personal information
- The company is not responsible for any problems caused by negligence or carelessness of the members and the members shall safely manage and take responsibility for their personal information in order to protect their personal information.

Article 8 Analysis of Service Utilization Records
The company uses the user's advertising identifiers and analysis software to provide appropriate and useful services.
By changing the device setting to an impermanent and non-personal identifier, such as the Android advertising ID, Apple's advertising ID, and etc., the advertisement identifier may deny or reset while it will not be used to identify individual or to link to personal information..
The analysis software is used to analyze information generated automatically when users visit websites or use mobile services, which users may choose to reject.

Article 9 Members' Rights and Duties
1. Members should enter their personal information in the latest and accurate state to prevent problems. The member is responsible for the problems caused by entering incorrect information and the use of the account may be restricted in case of using other’s information illegally.
2. The members have the right to receive protection of their personal information, while they also have the obligation to protect their own information and not to infringe on others’ information. Please be careful not to leak your personal information, including your password, and be careful not to damage other people's personal information, including posts. If such responsibilities are not fulfilled and the information and dignity of others are damaged, you shall be punished according to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 10 Collecting feedbacks and handling complaints
If you have any complaints regarding personal information, please share with the person in charge of personal information management above, or the Personal Information Infringement Reporting Center operated by the government (http://privacy.kisa.or.kr/ without National Identification Number 118).
Complaints can be filed at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's Cyber Crime Investigation Unit (http://www.spo.go.kr /02-3480-3571). If there is a personal information dispute, please request to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee within the Korea Information Security Agency to handle it.

Article 11 The department in charge of personal information management and the department in charge of personal information
If the problem goes against the matters notified to the members by the company, the company has the full responsibility for the protection of personal information. However, the company is not responsible for any problems caused by hacking, leakage caused by member negligence, information damage, infringement, or leakage caused by unexpected accidents, despite the technical supplementary service measures.
